Susan Gill-Hickey, LICSW, CADAC
Susan has provided effective, client-centered treatment for over 20 years. She earned her MSW
from Boston University School of Social Work. In her private practice in Norwell, she provides Parent Education,
consultation, alcohol counseling and psychotherapy for adults. She supports clients in their effort to find effective paths to recovery from
alcoholism, living with alcoholism and other types of trauma.
After working for years in alcoholism treatment centers, including a detox center, a halfway house, and outpatient alcoholism programs, Susan
went to work for The Home for Little Wanderers. At The Home, Susan increased her understanding of family dynamics, parenting struggles, and
recovery from trauma by working with multi-problem families. In addition to private practice, she is currently the Program Coordinator for
Finding Hope for Children at Quincy Medical Center in Quincy, MA.
